Paypal is an ebay-company.
And ebay is best known for its customer-service, quick reaction to fraud 
and notifications of fraudulent behaviour.
<cough-cough>

I think we get better chances hearing from a convicted paypal-scammer 
than from someone @ebay or @paypal....
