ESupport Multiple HTML Injection Vulnerabilities

Kayako SupportSuite offers true integrated Multi-Channel solution allowing you to manage your emails, online issues, chats, self service and issues received by phone. The entire system has been designed to improve productivity and provide seamless integration between all the available modules. With AJAX based interface and unmatched features like IRS, VoIP, ViewShare you can be assured that your client issues are not only handled in a timely but efficient manner.

An attacker may leverage this issue to have arbitrary script code execute in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks. A successful exploit could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation.
