Then all hail the mighty power of the "unsubscribe" request and use the
moderated lists.   Simple ROI no ?
I fail to see what all the fuss is about, it's not even as though anyone was
fooled... or were they ?

If you don't like to wade through all that to get to what you want, then
don't...   Then again anyone on this list that is vulnerable to viruses,
HTML tricks, dodgy attachments et al, should question their being here
IMHO.... ;-)
