In case no one told you, TDC is Texas Department of Corrections.  IOW,
he went to the state penitentiary for 16 years.  It takes a finding of
guilty for a felony to be sentenced to TDC for 16 years.  I don't know
why he cares about Google.  You can search the Texas Offenders Database
and get a detailed accounting of his criminal offenses for $3.15.
