GROUP CONSIDERING SUIT AGAINST MICROSOFT OVER SLAMMER VIRUS

A leading Korean civic group is considering legal action
against Microsoft, blaming the company for last month's SQL
slammer virus.  The group says it plans to build its case on
a product liability law passed last year that holds
manufacturers responsible for physical and property damage
caused by flaws in its product.
