Ask Dmitri Skylarov, who got a trip to jail just for pointing out that
Adobe really *did* use rot-13 encryption (really!) in their e-Book products.

And that was just for the DMCA.  Things are even worse under the Patriot
Act - we may *never* find out why Mike Hawash has been sitting in 
solitary confinement for a month, uncharged with anything, and not allowed
to contact a lawyer.

It's serious.
