Subject: Lawsuit filed over SQL Slammer worm in Korea

Months after considering the possibility, a Korean civic
group, People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy, has
launched a damage suit over the SQL Slammer virus.   Named
in the suit are ISPs, the Korean Information Ministry, and
Microsoft.  The suit was brought on behalf of Internet users
and commerce companies.
