Unfortunately, this is what the media has presented to our new
generations. Movies, television, etc incorporate the term "hacker"
with malicious sneaky computer cracking. The government website
has to talk to children in the terms they've learned. What do you
expect them to do, give 10 year old children a paper on the
differences between hacker cracker and phreak? Let them keep it
simple.
