Yes, and I'll lobby my Senators to vote against anything like that which
is introduced.  Hatch is a Senator.  He represents Utah.  His job is to
represent Utah's interests.  That's what the position of Senator was
explicitly designed for, the protestations of kids who don't have Civics
taught in their schools anymore notwithstanding.  In any event, no law
has been proposed.  This is a person blowing off steam.
