well, I can confirm the error in win2k sp3 brazilian portuguese (no sp4 yet :\), it locks on address quick bar, windows explorer and so on...
from a link in a page nothing happened, you can try http://l2.kicks-ass.org:88/lock1.html if you want. weird.
