There's a dim bulb out there who is re-injecting mail.  Basically, he's
subscribed to one of the lists, but when the mail gets there, his b0rked
system is resending it to all the mailboxes listed in the To: and CC:
lines.  Careful perusal of the headers will reveal the offender.

The really annoying part is the offending system sometimes sits on the
mail and scratches its ass for 3-5 days, apparently just to piss off
my duplicate-suppression software. :)
