Bootable CD-ROM Drive in 1993?  This was when the C2 process started for NT 3.1.  BIOS and even SCSI add-in cards didn't support CD Boot.

NT 3.1, 3.5, 3.51 and the first Rev of 4.0 Didn't even boot from CD-Media.  Remember making the three install disks?
