Please re-read the message I wrote.

Management summary:

1) SMTP server shoulnd't silently discard the message nor should
   inspect the message data (RFC 2821).

2) SMTP filter can silently drop message (RFC 2979) and even should do
   so in most cases (RFC 1855).

3) SMTP server != SMTP filter. (RFC 3234)
