As I wrote in my original email.. either pre-meditated or "0wned". I 
letter re-clarified that issue.

Most likely. Poor choice of words on my part mentioning "0wned" second, 
but I rectified that many times over now. Let's move to the subject at 
hand, shall we?

And that is relevant to the list's charter being in breach and the list 
becoming a petri-dish for viruses, allowed to pass through this 
community to thousands, how?

As you mention yourselves, viruses are not sent from users, so why 
should they be allowed under "full disclosure" or "freedom of speech"?
