Subject: Cygwin Whois.exe version(Stack Overflow)

Well when i tryied whois.exe --version as help explains nothing 
happens...but i used setup.exe to see it version and: 
Whois.exe 4.6.7-1 (the last one i think because i canīt get a newer one from 
matrix.com.br server)
