To quote dawnstar over at spamwatch.codefish.net.au:
"ShadowCrew.com

A fairly shady site. It seems to deal in the fake ID trade and also
links itself to several carder sites. Carder sites are places where
people who have stolen credit card/bank details can sell them on,
exchange ID's, swap email lists and various cracking tools. Most of them
are fairly open and tend to be hosted in countries where it's very
unlikely that anything will be done to them (such as Russia).
ShadowCrew.com has been targeted many times before by such email
campaigns. "
