Subject: Problem in Spybot S&D

Today while scanning with spybot I got the following error message ... 

Which is in the attached image - uninstalling and reinstalling also produces
the same image. This started happening after I updated all the latest
updates. Is anyone else experiencing the same error ? 

I want to confirm this before I report this to the vendor.
