Sounds like Intense school hacked you out of $3200.
That's known as "social engineering" (I'm sure that chapter is in the book).

Nobody's going to be ub3r l33t in 5 days - despite what Intense's glossy 
lit suggests to the contrary. Nor will they get you a CISE, MCSE, or 
whatever other lettered credential you seek (in only 5 days).

Download Knoppix-std and sit at Starbucks on a Sunday afternoon and 
practice ;)
