I am in 150% support of you not using CAPS. As if it needs to be said
again, there are moderated lists you can join...go join them and quit
trying to change FD.

As I stated on FD in March, "if you wanted a clean list that is
moderated, I would suggest 
you start with Security Basics or Bugtraq." -
