Even outside China, unusual behaviour is blocked. Try some of the funny 
queries at Johnny´s I hack stuff and after +25 minutes snooping around a 
VERY scary message will tell you´re blocked from Google.

Yes, I had to try, I couldn´t believe some people are stupid enough to 
store password.mdb files at public web sites.
