Exactly.

If it's less disinformation if you know they're lying, is it more disinformation
when a large percentage of the population actually believes hear and soul that
the organization is telling the truth? (Yes, people in the US will believe
the strangest things - apparently 25% of us actually believe that Adam and Eve
rode out of the Garden of Eden on a dinosaur - as literal fact.)
