Subject: Re: Xbox Live Gamertag stolen

He is a company conduit in my mind... if people are still having
problems with with latin based tech support and I happen to have an
alternate conduit I guess I am a jerk for helping people out.

Within reason I should be able to walk out in front of Chase bank and
talk shit to a 13 year old if I want, but that does not mean he
should be able to subsequently walk into the bank and steal my
account info.

You are right though... I don't need to cc the list every time I hear
of it happening, but perhaps you haven't taken into account that I
don't feel like any real closure was put on this issue. Microsoft got
pwned... and they never produced the multiple 13 year olds that rode
the pwnercycles all over their campus.

So yeah... I feel like being a jerk sometimes and trumpeting the fact
that Microsoft tech support sucks. I guess I am just an asshole.
