Subject: [PATCH take3 1/1] nanosecond timestamps

Hi,

I have incorporated all the changes that have been suggested. Dave, thanks for simplifying the macros. I have also moved the EXT4_INODE_GET_XTIME macros ahead, so that they are called after ei->i_extra_isize is initialized, as pointed out by Johann Lombardi.
