Subject: [PATCH] 2/19 e2fsprogs updated f_extents test

Updated base test case for extents (has a variety of simple tests).
This is a patch to the binary tests/f_extents/image.gz, which initially
surprised me that it worked, but it does. The rest of the regression
tests are also binary patches, which makes it easier to add them to a
quilt series instead of having the regression image as a separate attachment.
