rm -rf looks dangerous, there're no directories, rm -f should just work,
and 'testout' isn't used in this test.

Hmm, I think we should source common/ext4 in common/rc, as where we
source common/{xfs,btrfs}, not in individual test.

I don't see how these vars are used, blocks, blocks_per_ground, bgs and
fbg, test still passes even if I comment the whole code block out.
Missed some checks on these vars?

ext4 has no SCRATCH_LOGDEV support yet. Jeff added such support to ext4
in his patchset, but I haven't looked at that patch closely yet..

Test passed even if there's no LOGDEV support for ext4, as long as I
have SCRATCH_LOGDEV set and USE_EXTERNAL set to yes. But journal_dev is
empty in this case, apparently "8:34" != "" :)
