Subject: config.guess/config.sub are too old and do not recognize riscv64
 machines

You'll see the error below. The solution is very simple: download the
two files and put them into the config/ directory.

I don't know if you want me to prepare a patch for that, but it's
probably easier if someone with commit access to the e2fsprogs repo
could just do it. (Really you shouldn't have these files in git at
all ...)

In case you want to try to reproduce the issue yourself we have
Fedora/RISC-V disk images available which you can run under emulation
on any Linux machine:

  https://fedorapeople.org/groups/risc-v/disk-images/

Rich.

checking build system type... config/config.guess: unable to guess system type

This script (version 2016-05-15), has failed to recognize the
operating system you are using. If your script is old, overwrite
config.guess and config.sub with the latest versions from:

  http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git;a=blob_plain;f=config.guess
and
  http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git;a=blob_plain;f=config.sub

If config/config.guess has already been updated, send the following data and any
information you think might be pertinent to config-patches@....org to
provide the necessary information to handle your system.
