Subject: [PATCH 3/5 -mm] fault-injection: Clamp debugfs stacktrace-depth to
	MAX_STACK_TRACE_DEPTH

Clamp /debug/fail*/stacktrace-depth to MAX_STACK_TRACE_DEPTH.
Ensures that a read of /debug/fail*/stacktrace-depth always
returns a truthful answer.
