Subject: [PATCH] add MODULE_* attributes to bit reversal library

Without a MODULE_LICENSE attrib in lib/bitrev.c we get this yuckiness:

bitrev: module license 'unspecified' taints kernel.

From: Cal Peake <cp@...olutedigital.net>

Add MODULE_* attributes to the new bit reversal library. Most notably
MODULE_LICENSE which prevents superfluous kernel tainting.
