Subject: [PATCH 11/11] Char: cyclades, allow DEBUG_SHIRQ

cyclades, allow DEBUG_SHIRQ

Test if base addr is non-null in ISR to prove the card has been correctly
initialized. This is needed for DEBUG_SHIRQ for example.
