Subject: [BUG]: video output freezes in 2.6.26-rc0

Hello

When I switch to a tty and back to X by ctrl+alt+f?, my display does not
refresh anymore. Actually I can move the mouse, but the background and
windows and so on aren't refreshed properly. My dmesg shows me the
following:

Eventually, the first (Xorg:6040) messages seem to be known already
(http://marc.info/?l=linux-kernel&m=120612742217604&w=2). They disappear
if I disable X86_PAT. However, the vblank messages and the actual
problem described above don't. So probably this are two unrelated
problems, but chances exist they aren't so I put them in one message.
This appeared first in 2.6.26-rc0.
My hardware is a intel notebook with 965 graphics and Xserver 7.3.
KConfig attached. Any more info needed?

Thanks

Mirco
