Subject: [PATCH 0/2 2.6.28] cxgb3 - cosmetic changes

Hi Jeff,

I'm submitting two cosmetic patches for inclusion in 2.6.28:
- update the driver version
- extend copyrights to 2008

Though the merge window is closed to 2.6.28, these patches do not
actually change executable code. I'm not sure how this stands in the
current check-in policy. No big deal if they can't make it.

Cheers,
Divy
