Subject: HPET Warning on kernel 2.6.32.8 and 2.6.33-rc8 on Core i7 on P55
 chipset

Hello list,

around timestamp 4.373458 I see a backtrace while booting. I just
upraded my system to a core i7 with p55 chipset (Intel DG55WG
mainboard).
Besides this warning during boot I'd like to mention that the system or
maybe just the X-server freezes after some time. But that might be just
the fault of Nvidia's binary driver.

Attached is my kernel config, the output of lspci -nn and dmesg:

I hope someone can help.
