uml: Convert to unlocked_ioctls to remove implicit BKL

    Convert hostaudio_ioctl and hostmixer_ioctl_mixdev to
    unlocked_ioctl without pushdown.

There is nothing to protect inside, the synchronization
is made from the host already.
