Subject: [PATCH 21/33] Removing dead OMAP2_VENC_OUT_TYPE_SVIDEO,
 OMAP2_VENC_OUT_TYPE_COMPOSITE

OMAP2_VENC_OUT_TYPE_SVIDEO, OMAP2_VENC_OUT_TYPE_COMPOSITE doesn't
exist in Kconfig, therefore removing all references for it from the
source code.
