Subject: [PATCH] mm: vmscan: Rename lumpy_mode to reclaim_mode fix

As suggested by Johannes, rename reclaim_mode to reclaim_mode_t. This is
a fix to the mmotm patch
broken-out/mm-vmscan-rename-lumpy_mode-to-reclaim_mode.patch.
