Subject: [PATCH] Kernel: gcov: Makefile: Use proper ccflag flag in Makefile

Use the ccflags-y flag instead of EXTRA_CFLAGS because EXTRA_CFLAGS is
deprecated and should now be switched.  According to
(documentation/kbuild/makefiles.txt)
