Subject: [PATCH -rt] eliminate ->rcu_boosted

This commit eliminates the new ->rcu_boosted field, using the
pre-existing ->rcu_boost_mutex field in its place. This fixes a bug where
rcu_copy_process() failed to clear ->rcu_boosted in the child process.
