Subject: 2.6.32 / RH 6.1 scheduler bloated

A simple ftrace wakeup test shows 10us latency during the idle-to-run
transition:

# tracer: wakeup

I've cheched several processes, they all show the same approx delay.
Red Hat 6.1 is compiled with ftrace enabled by default, anybody can
run this test:

# mount -t debugfs nodev /sys/kernel/debug
# cd /sys/kernel/debug/tracing
# echo wakeup > current_tracer
# echo myprocpid > set_ftrace_pid
# echo 1 > tracing_enabled
...
# cat trace
