x86, centaur: Enable cx8 for VIA Eden too

My box with following cpuinfo needs the cx8 enabling still:

vendor_id	: CentaurHauls
cpu family	: 6
model : 13
model name	: VIA Eden Processor 1200MHz
stepping	: 0
cpu MHz : 1199.940
cache size	: 128 KB

This fixes valgrind to work on my box (it requires and checks
cx8 from cpuinfo).
