Subject: [PATCH 3/6 v2] usb/gadget/pch_udc: Fix USB suspend issue

ISSUE:
After USB Suspend, a system rarely freezes.

CAUSE:
When USB Suspend occurred, the driver is not notifying a gadget of the event.
