Subject: [PATCH v5 02/18] perf: add Intel LBR MSR definitions

This patch adds the LBR definitions for NHM/WSM/SNB and Core.
It also adds the definitions for the architected LBR MSR:
LBR_SELECT, LBRT_TOS.
