Subject: [PATCH 3/3] xtensa: Use the declarations provided by <asm/sections.h>

  - Include <asm/sections.h>,
  - Remove the (different) extern declarations,
  - Remove the no longer needed address-of ('&') operators,
  - Use %p to format pointer differences.
