Subject: [PATCH 1/3] ARM: dma-mapping: define ARCH_HAS_DMA_MMAP_COHERENT

ARCH_HAS_DMA_MMAP_COHERENT indicates that there is dma_mmap_coherent() API
in this architecture.  The name is already defined in PowerPC.
