Looks like the result can't be passed to alloc_balloon_mapping
anyway. Did you test-build with compaction off?

I would suggest adding free_balloon_mapping
and making both it and alloc_balloon_mapping
empty macros, or in case of alloc_balloon_mapping,
macro returning err_ptr(-EOPNOTSUPP).

This can then become
