Subject: [PATCH] dma: tegra: remove useless include of <mach/*.h>

From: Stephen Warren <swarren@...dia.com>

Nothing from this file is needed, so remove the include. This helps
single zImage work by reducing use of the mach-tegra/include/mach/
directory.
