Subject: linux-next: manual merge of the akpm tree with the tip tree

Hi Andrew,

Today's linux-next merge of the akpm tree got a conflict in
include/linux/sched.h between commit cf4aebc292fa ("sched: Move sched.h
sysctl bits into separate header") from the tip tree and commit "aio:
don't include aio.h in sched.h" from the akpm tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary (no action
is required).
