Subject: Roccat Kone mouse stops working a few minutes after boot.

My Roccat Kone mouse stops working a few minutes after boot.

Initial situation:
 - Mouse works correctly
 - lsusb command works, lists mouse.

After a few minutes:
 - Mouse freezes, lights stay on.
 - Other connected USB devices keep working.
 - Connecting new devices does not work.
 - lsusb command hangs

Reconnecting the mouse:
 - Mouse doesn't work, lights don't work either.

There is no strange output in dmesg until I unplug the mouse, then a
stacktrace appears.

Who should I contact for a problem like this?
