Subject: kexec boot stuck at smpboot: Booting Node 0, Processors # 1

[resending, as I'm not sure if x86@...nel.org is a mailing list at all]

Hi all,

I'm just trying to reboot a node with kexec and unless I specify 'nosmp'
that gets stuck at

I already tried with and without "intremap=no_x2apic_optout" (dell bios
which disables x2apic), but that doesn't make a difference.
Any ideas? Logs of a normal boot and a kexec-boot are attached.
Kexec bootint 3.11 also doesn't work.

Thanks,
Bernd
