Erm... isn't this simply a typo, where:

	#define TEGRA_SWGROUP_MSENC	SWGROUP_MPE

should simply be

	#define TEGRA_SWGROUP_MSENC	TEGRA_SWGROUP_MPE

?

That certainly works for me.
