Subject: ARM64 ACPI Maintainers

Hi,

Grant Likely suggested that I send this patch to formally volunteer
Hanjun and myself to be the maintainers for the new arm64 acpi support.

We have been working on the arm64 port of ACPI and the patches have
now reached a few reviews but there has been some questions asked by
the community who the maintainers will be.

Thanks

Graeme
